In conjunction with Atlantic Health System/ New Vitality, this interactive program includes: blood pressure screening, pharmacist medication overview, physical therapists, balance and exercise demonstrations, foot screening, home safety equipment and alert devices. Light refreshments will be served, and the program includes wellness giveaways. Tours of SAGE’s Spend-A-Day Adult Day Center are also available. 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
